Handling Time: Please allow 3-5 business days of processing time from the date your order is received. 

Due to recent events, you may experience a delay of up to 5-7 business days in handling time.

Shipping Time:  Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on delivery location.

Local Delivery: If you choose local delivery, you will receive a call from us within 1-3 hours to arrange a delivery date and time.  

If you place your order for local delivery before 7PM, you are eligible to receive your order within the same day.

If after 3 calendar days you have not scheduled a delivery date and time, your order will be cancelled and refunded to the original method of payment. 

Helpful Hint: 

1.Normally, the local shipper delivers packages on business days( Mon. - Fri.) To ensure safe delivery of your package, we advise you to choose an address where you can receive package on a business day at the shipping address.

2.The shipping service we use is required to have the customer's signature for a successful delivery. So please make sure that you or your authorized person is available at the shipping address. If we shipped to your shipping address and have a signature file, we do not take responsibility if the package is lost or stolen.  Therefore, no refunds will be issued.
